Joan Caratan began her career with KPMG, LLP serving clients from industries ranging from real estate to tech. She went on to work for private and public companies in the biotech, retail, fitness, not-for-profit, and real estate spaces.

She brings this varied experience to her firm, where she is passionate about helping clients understand and manage all aspects of their finances and helping them build real wealth.
​
She lives with her family in Rancho Santa Fe, California, where she also serves on the RSFA Audit and Finance Committee.
